About the course

new start.. is a ten week course for people who do not want counselling or are not ready to seek counselling.

The course enables people to understand why their relationship ended, and to work through the emotional fallout. The course is not about re-establishing an old relationship, but is a way of helping minimise the chances of further heartbreak and pain.

new start.. offers you a warm welcome at one of our free open evenings. The next available date is Wednesday 21st January 2009.

new start.. offers everyone a warm welcome; we do not discriminate on age, race or sexual orientation.

Each session runs for two hours once a week in the evening.
